Emails are preferred due to my limited hours of availability. I may not be able to answer my phones at all times as I have other commitments that are of priority or just trying to be very discreet. Due to my hectic schedule, I highly recommend to book me in advance as oppose to last minute. I like to accommodate and ensure I have adequate timing for everything so I don't fall behind schedule or over/under-calculate my timing. Don't get me wrong, being spontaneous is fun too!!
